Because El Bori Food Truck sells freshly prepared food, all sales are generally final. However, we want every customer to be satisfied.

 

1. Food Orders

 

We may issue a refund or replacement only if:

  • The order was incorrect due to our error;

  • You received an item that was missing or improperly prepared;

  • There was a payment processing issue.

Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of the order.

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

 

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after food is prepared;

  • Dislike of taste or spice level;

  • Incorrect address or failure to pick up an order;

  • Items not consumed immediately after pickup or delivery.

 

3. Event Pre-Orders

 

Large catering orders or festival pre-orders may require a deposit, which is:

  • Refundable if canceled within 48 hours,

  • Non-refundable within 48 hours of the event unless otherwise stated.
